Goozex has launched a new special promotional campaign for the upcoming Holiday season that gives you more points for trading out new games and movies. The promotion rewards members that sell select games and movies during the first 30 days from release date. Eligible game trades receive a 200 point bonus and eligible movie trades receive a 100 point bonus.

(*) Trades completed before the start or after the end of the promotion are not eligible for the bonus. A trade must initiate or process during the duration of the promotion to be eligible for the bonus. Goozex may suspend the promotion at any time.

I like this - however, wouldn't it be nice to encourage trades of older, high value games by offering this bonus towards them as well? Say - any 1000+ point title qualifies for the 100 point bonus?

I got it with the MW2 360 bundle, and I only wanted the 360. The game was technically free.
No problem! As long as:
1) The item is eligible (the item page shows the "bonus" seal)
2) You have started the trade within the initial 30-day period from release date (when the seal is still "on")
3) You receive positive feedback when the trade is completed (or system close)
Then, you will get the bonus. Even for trades started before today, that match the above criteria.
You should consider adding this feature permanently and working around with it with high demand games to come, stick with this, I would consider this a much better added feature for the site than the Exchange. And I do in fact have an extra copy of MW2 for 360 and u see, ur already making me wanting me to send it out, now this is how u can wipe me off my feet goozex, thank you!
Also can you guys make a list of eligble movies to receive a bonus as well :)
