I bought 5 trade tokens. The first time I put in all my info it said that my address was incorrect. I had put the wrong one in. I corrected it.

I am seeing two seperate pulls from Goozex. Who from Goozex do I need to contact about this? I'm not calling my bank when it's the payment systems fault.

Hello OzzieAlThor,

Thank you for the post.  Despite that the transaction was rejected, and the payment failed,  you may still see a pending debit on your credit card or bank statement.  This is a temporary hold that will be automatically deleted after 3-5 business days.  Goozex does not confirm payments for failed transactions. 

This situation happened because the information entered on the payment page did not match the information on file with your credit card company and/or bank.  You may try again, and please ensure that the information you enter accurately matches your credit card and/or bank information.

i believe the email is payments@goozex.com ; a mod will probably flag this as well
