Is there anything else I need to do besides respond to the email from marketing@goozex.com? I responded several times and they never replied so its hard to tell if they even got my email. Obviously still haven't received my movie either.

I guess I'm glad I'm not alone, but I'm really quite annoyed with Goozex. I've emailed them every month to find out what the status of my order is, and they NEVER respond. This is a bit ridiculous. Even if it's going to take several months, to not respond is very unprofessional. I earned the free blu-ray and this is just poor customer service at this point.
