What Qualifies as Full Package for Movies?

I was under the impression that if I requested a movie under "full package" that I would get everything that came w/ the movie in the store. Well recently I got matched for "jackie brown collectors edition". I was excited because its a good movie but was extremly dissapointed when the movie arrived w/o its jacket.

I contacted the seller and he told me thats how he bought the movie and i had better leave a +5. This cannot possibly be true as there is no UPC on what i recieved. I left neutral feedback,as i consider what i recieved only D+M.  The transaction has now been escalated to goozex, which is fine. I just wanted to bring everyone to attention on this issue in case goozex rules against me. I would not have requested this movie if i knew it came w/o the jacket (hence why i requested full package). I've attached pictures of what i recieved, and ill post a picture of what the DVD should look like.

I would deffinately agree that that isn't full package

A) "how I bought it" is impressively ambiguous.  Buying a disc-only game from gamestop that has been cracked in three places does not constitute "full package" because that's how you bought it.

B) that sounds quite a bit like threatening language, if that was actually how he worded it.  I'd highly recommend you tell that gentleman to discontinue such rhetoric.  Actually, I don't recommend it; if you don't do it, YOU WILL BE SORRY (because I'll send you a .wav file of myself crying to a celine dion medley)

Sorry, he said the I needed to leave a +5 because thats what he deserved. It wasn't threatening in the way like he was gonna come beat me up. That being said, he was still extremely rude.

He also told me that the movie has a UPC on it, but as you can see from the pick there clearly is none. I just want the freaking jacket for the movie...sigh

Well its a dick move on his part to send it out like that and for him to tell you that he deserves a +5.  Why would anyone send out a product that they think deserves a +5 at best anyway?  But yeah, far from full package, considering theres no sleeve, and the case you did get looks rough as hell as well.  So neutral is the right feedback according to the system.  If he doesn't like it, tell him to cancel it and send you money to ship it back.

Neutral it and let him dispute it. And then Goozex will handle it if it gets escalated.

Because they're realistic. If I've got a game with a ripped manual, that's still a full package if I've got the case, but I know I'll probably get +5 since the manual is ripped.

Not really that big a deal.
