Hard to say exactly, from what I understand it is just a few guys answering all the email. Having said that, the last time I emailed them about a problem I had it took 3 days for a response but then the problem was fixed by the next day. But that's just my personal experience.

How is this feedback related? I've always used this addy for my problems and gotten results. Doesn't matter to me though I'm just trying to help, so yeah I'd use all 3 suggestions. And as to if they will reset or not any outside answer would be just a guess the only ones who can tell you for sure are the Goozex team, but they do seem to be good at fixing peoples problems.

How is this feedback related?

I think this is a case of feedback in the general sense, like providing feedback to Goozex, rather than feedback as we think of it when ranking a trade.
