If you haven't checked this out, take a look.  It's a twitter account of a 29 year old guy who lives with his 73 year old father, and he just tweets quotes that his dad says.  And his dad is just flat out awesome.

This guy just got greenlighted for a TV show. While I think the twitter feed is funny, it pisses me off that things like this get greenlighted for a show, but Joss Whedon's Dollhouse gets canned.

Yeah I saw that. The feed i guess is more like inspiration for a supporting character in a show i would have thought than a show itself.  Unless the plotline of the show is "guy in his late 20s moves back in with his parents and the dad is hilarious awesome"

Unless, the show is a reality show about the twitter guy.  In which case that's a big jump to assume they'll be funny on camera just based on a single quote every 3 days on twitter.

I think they should jsut collect all the quotes and make a little book or something.
