Goozex exchange questions

I have two questions. The first one is if you get an item from the exchange how long does it usually take to receive it? The second question is if an item is sold out how long does it take to get it back in-stock? Thanks in advance for anwsering my questions.

(The game that is sold out that I am wondering about is modern warfare 2 just incase anyone wanted to know)

From reading in the "Update New Exchange Discussion pt. 3" thread, the delivery time from Amazon if extremely fast, as in a day or two from what some are reporting.  I have no idea as to when MW2 will be back in stock, as that is likely capped by Goozex and not Amazon.
