Not sure if there is something wrong with the site, but for some reason I cannot view the user that is "supposed" to be sending me a game. It has been 7 days since the game was confirmed shipped, and I haven't received the game yet. So I decided to look at the feedback/info again on the user sending it... and the site is telling me the user doesn't exist anymore! Did the user post up a bunch of fake games, and then get their account deleted somehow?
Any ideas? Just curious if anyone else has run into this. I'm assuming i'll have to report the game not received, and contact Goozex.
Thanks for any tips/ideas.
If you can leave negative feedback for not receiving the game, do so now. 72 hours will have to pass for the negative to stick and Goozex will credit your account and place you back in the queue (on hold).
If you actually do receive the game, email feedback@goozex.com with

Thanks Cheez - I'm going to do this ASAP.
I'm in the same boat as the op. However, I only have 3 days left until the trade is closed. I left feedback after reading this, but fear the trade will close before the negative feedback will take effect. Advise on how I should proceed please.

I'm not quite sure what you mean. Once you leave negative feedback, the seller has 3 days to dispute it. After that 3 days, your negative sticks and you get a refund.
Lemme start from the beginning.
I live on campus and have my mail shipped home (an hour's drive). I come home on the weekend to visit family, get mail, etc. Anyway, the trade says shipped on Nov. 2. I can't come home every day to check if I've received the game so I give the mail service 10 days to get here. I come home today (the 13th) and still no game. I left negative feedback today but the trade will close in 3 days. If the seller is not available to accept/reject the feedback won't that mean the case will auto close and I'll be SOL? Is there a way to bring this to Goozex's attention before the three days expires for the auto close?
Calicoo-If you left negative feedback, the trade is closed. The seller can accept the feedback and it is finalized, or they can reject and the dispute opens up. If you already reported feedback then auto close won't kick in for you.To the OP- This has happened to me before. I went to pm the seller to let them know I hadn't gotten the product and was going to leave negative feedback but it could always be reversed. Only problem was when I clicked their profile it had been disable. I went ahead with the negative.

If you left negative, the X number of days until the trade closes turns into 3 days for the dispute of the negative. "your trade will close in X days" no longer exists.
