When I first joined about 3 months ago I was mailing out like 2 games a week(for a month), now it seems its dried up. I am getting no activity in my offers section...Any ideas why that's so what with so many games in my list. I want to get some new games, but I am stuck at 400 points as I am waiting to trade more to get more points. at lest half the games in my offer list have msg like 2nd in line or so but the numbers don't seem to ever change.....
It happens, especially if you have lots of older, lower-valued games on your list.
what happens is this - popular games will obviously get requested sooner. They will have a longer line of people who want it and less supply. The other games that are less popular like older games and games that arent very good will have a longer supply than demand and take longer to get rid of. Almost all games will eventually be requested but you have to wait.
I had games waiting for a year in my offers queue. But I don't mind them, from time to time one of them gets requested.
Best advice is to list put a game in your On Hold Offers queue when you get it. When you're done with it activate it and let Goozex do the work. Like sukru said some can take a year, but the key is to leave the active so at least you'll have the chance to get matched.

Its the season, as well. There are a ton of great games coming out recently, and some of the older, heck, even some of the relatively recent releases I have in my Q are moving slow. They will move.
I have the opposite problem, plenty of points, but I've purchased three titles lately, and have caught up to my request list. I still have three to finish, but new games coming in are stagnant at the moment, with the exception of Batman, I lucked up from 40 something in line to getting it tomorrow, lots of people on hold/out of points!
The advice to put them in your list the minute you get them is sound as well, I currently have Borderlands, Demons Souls and Dagon Age first in line. I'm nowhere near sending anything but Borderlands out, but I'll always be first. A better example would be Mercenaries 2, I wanted to (actually) finish it with a buddy, and got 2 copies. I started out in the 30's and am now in the 20s, and the game is on hold. The time we get done with it, the first copy will probably be ready to move, and will just have to wait on the 2nd.

goozex slowdown on offers and requests is an issue that happens to many of us...

Then some of us feel the need to request everything under the sun...
I do what cheeznrice suggested. As soon as I leave positive feedback for a game (or get it by other means), I put it on my on hold list instead of the stash list. It saves your spot in line and gives you a leg up when you want to unload it.
