So I was supposed to get Madden 10 for the PS3. Everything was going fine, the seller confirmed shipped and gave a tracking number. However, I have yet to receive the game, and the system automatically closed the trade and gave the seller credit. I have no doubts that the seller sent the game, but I haven't received it yet. If you look at the tracking number, you can see that the game went out to delivery, but was never delivered. Now I have, no game and am out 1000 points and a trade credit. What should I do?
You should have left feedback when the system prompted you to. Multiple emails are sent asking you to leave appropriate feedback. At this point email feedback@goozex.com with all the details of the trade:
Best of luck.

tamtamg: thanks for the info. Yah, I got the emails, but I didn't want to give the guy negative feedback because I hadn't received the game yet, though I knew he shipped it. Also, since the game has been stuck at "Out for delivery" I assumed i would get it the next day.

ALWAYS leave negative feedback if the game has not been received before the trade times out. This is the only way to protect your points. The feedback can ALWAYS be reversed if the game comes in after you leave negative.

I hope you have this in a template somewhere.
He's had to type it so much he probably committed it to memory.
For future reference, it is possible to leave negative and get that reversed. I believe it is easier to do that (go from negative to positive) than it is to go from positive to negative (plus, in your case you might be going from positive to negative back to positive).
