I'm under a lot of pressure from friends to get this game, but CoD 4 just didn't hold my interest.  I never finished the campaign, and only played online maybe twice.  So maybe I'll put this on my xmas wishlist, since the campaign does look fun.  Right now, I'm just getting into Dragon Age (omg, I love this game, but it's a little overwhelming for someone whose rpg experience is pretty much just Fallout 3 and Fable 2 haha), still working on Borderlands, got Dead Space and Assassin's Creed to get through (since ACII comes out next week), then hopefully I'll get around to Mass Effect finally.  So yeah, MW2 is on the back burner.  Looks great though.

I'm getting it whenever I get matched for it on Goozex so probably not for a little bit...Number 17 in line now so we will see.

Honestly, I'm not sure why I bothered to pre-order it. With the move to the new house, my consoles aren't even hooked up yet and my list of things to get done is a mile long. Plus, we're getting a puppy this week.

I need to find a way to game in my sleep...

That's what I keep telling my wife. I'm outnumbered on this one. Four kids and a wife who would all be willing to trade me for the dog.

anyone get the Prestige Edition? I'm really curious how the quality of the NVG's are, since my guess is it is complete crap.

If and when shesnrice and I decide to have kids and if those said kids want a dog I'm making them sign a contract.  Either they take care of the damn thing or they find a new place to live

Seriously though, a puppy is a ton of work and I had to do it by myself for six months when we first got our bulldog.  That experience alone has really killed any desire I have to get another dog.

The midnight release here, everyone bought prestige editions.  I think I saw maybe 2 or 3 with regulars, and 1 pc version.  I only saw 1 other person buy the 360 bundle I got.   But yeah, it sold really damn well here. 

As far as the pc version. I'll get it whenever I buy a new video card and its bundled with it for free.  There is no reason to buy it.  Its a horrible port with horrible online.

which is exactly why I tracked down a Gamestop that has "plenty". I'll be picking one up tonight, and holding it for the XMas rush

I've got $380 in store credit at Game Stop and my wife wants me to move some of that over to cash, and this was the best way I could think of. I'll turn 150 in SC to $200+ in cash, if not more. Then keep the remaining $230 in SC for the B2G1 free sale.

The game isn't GOTY, but it is a serious contender. Awesome package of single player, co op, and multiplayer. If you take out all the bs that surrounds the game and focus only on the game itself (I know right? Crazy!) it is an amazingly well made game.

Preliminary review is that they're pretty good for what you're paying for them.

That's a pretty good idea.  I've been considering getting a new video card within the next year, so that might be a near perfect way to get the title with little direct investment on my part.
