How long does it take for Goozex to credit back your points for negative feedback?

I have a dispute with someone and it's been over 10 days and no response from Goozex.  The guy I have a dispute with doesn't even have an account anymore.  I think it makes sense that the point transfer shouldn't take place until the buyer confirms it as recieved.

What's to say that someone can go on here claim to sell something then as soon as he gets his points, he gets someone else to send him a game. 


Regardless I'm stuck in limbo without 1000pts that I used to get a batman which i never received.  And if and when I do get the points back do I get put back on the bottom of the list for batman again?  I know there's a long waiting list, I don't think it's fair if I have to get put on the bottom of the list again.

Is the dispute still open?  If it is escalate to Goozex.

If you happen to receive the game after feedback is posted and you receive your points and token back contact feedback@goozex.com  They will reverse the negative feedback and deduct the appropriate amount of points and trade token from your account.

If the other user's account has been disabled, email feedback@goozex.com immediately with all the details of the trade:

  • Your name
  • your ID
  • Seller's ID
  • Game traded

Include any other information that you think will be useful.

The game was confirmed shipped by the seller on Oct 20, 2009 without a tracking number.

The user is now disabled or doesn't exist but the trade still shows as active and I'd like to put in a new request.

Does my request get moved to the bottom of the list?
