Well, I bought the game, redeemed the codes and then went looking for the 1 item you get automatically. I dont see it. Also, it says the dwarf will have the other 2 items in the player camp. Any ideas on what these items are? I have a Human warrior and cant seem to find them. Any help would be nice. Im sure by now the items are worthless to me, but Id still like to have them.
Some things open a quest, others are just added to your backpack on starting a new game. Check your DLC items on the main game menu.

I forgot to download my items before starting my game. Am I missing out? Are they uber amazing?

They are on my downloaded content. It says I get 1 immediately (didnt get it) and the other 2 are in the inventory of the trader in the player camp. Didnt see them there either..
The one you get immidiately is a 'Tome', it gives you a skill point or something when you use it. The other 2 can be bought when you get a little farther into the game once you've established 'Camp' for the first time. That takes a little while. I forget the name of the Tome (it's a book btw) but it should be in your inventory when you start the game.
Ok, got that...forgot all about it. Do you know the names of the other 2? I can take a quick jog back to the camp to pick em up.

Sounds good..Ill pick those up and make a run to the dwarves to get that other NPC.
Thanks guys...cant believe I forgot about the book..lol.
Other than the tome, which was read immediately, the only item I'm using from the CE exclusive's is Bergen's Honor. It's a helmet that looks like the Dragon Blood Helmet, except it doesn't have stupid glowing red eyes, and has better stats and bonuses.

What level are you? Im hoping the items are good enough to use by my warrior..
18 I think. So far it's the best helmet I've come across. Had it purchased since level 5, but didn't get to equip it for quite a while as it takes 42 str to wear.
Yea, youre a bit farther along than me...Wife made me wait til Friday to get it..lol. Good to know that Ill still get a lot of use out of the CE.

I also didn't grab mine at first as I was unclear on the process (let's see, have to got to an outside site to get in-game items?), but as soon as I did they became available.

But not until you started a new game, correct? Because I think I've finally done everything I needed to and they're not available to my already in-progress character.
