The only down side to this whole situation is the time you're out of the queue waiting for the situation to be resolved.  At least you know that goozex has your back in situations with crappy sellers like this.

Send him a pm being nice and welcoming him to goozex.  Offer to answer any question he might have, and be sure to slip in that the CE requires the controller as well.  Every time I've foreseen a problem and done this, either I end up getting what I was supposed to, or they send a cancellation request

That sucks.  I hope this one works out for you.  It's bad enough getting a f-ed up trade, without going through multiple ones on the same game.

I was matched up yesterday for this with a new user as well. When I noticed I've been matched for it, he already confirmed shipment with a DC number. I PMed him asking if he included the controller, which is required. I got a cancellation request a little bit later. He said he was new and didn't realize it.
