  • Your ID
  • Seller's ID
  • Game traded and lack of accessories

I would also include the PM's they sent you on Goozex and, if you still have them, the ones on XBL.  There is no excuse for a seller to harass a buyer or vice versa.

ha ha, That's pretty rad to see you here. I'm glad you reconized me and gave me an update with your situation. I'll let you know what comes of all this.

FYI you can view your entire PM history with a user if you go to their trading profile and select 'Send a message'.

This guy is a piece of work.....here is his latest message on the dispute he has going against my feedback.

I don't know what's funnier, that he thinks I would trust him enough to send it back..so he can lie saying I damaged it...or that he had no choice but to deal with me when we got matched. It's like the guy is hoping they will just react to what he says and not look into the facts of the matter. I just wish Goozex would make a decision....I want this over with.

Just got an email back from Goozex. Kind of feel Meh on the response. I guess there isn't a lot I can ask for though. Just don't like this guy. Ripping people off left and right. (Note this is the same guy sgand has mentioned above)

The dispute auto-closes in a day but the seller is as defiant as ever. I do wish they would make a decision...I want to send them the game so I can get back on the que again before it gains too many more points.

If you've already escalated the dispute to goozex, you'll just need to wait it out.  Since it's the weekend, don't expect a reply until monday at the earliest.  It's ok if the dispute autocloses, if you've already escalated it.

This guy is either ignorant of how the system works, or just trying to scare you into leaving positive for him because he thinks you're ignorant of how the system works, at this point.

Just to reiterate, there's no reason you should have to pay to ship it for any thing, except to ship it to goozex when this is all done, and they'll reimburse you with tokens.  He sent you regular edition, not collector's, which is the wrong product, and he knows it.  You'll win, no questions about it.

Have you tried pointing him to this thread, so he can see that everyone, but him, seems to know he's in the wrong?  That might open his eyes, but even if it doesn't, goozex upholding that fat red negative should do the trick.

Out of his ignorance, I wouldn't even point him to this thread, in chance he changes his mind and cancels the trade or something to get him out of having a negative.

He can't just cancel the trade.  He can request a cancellation, but Tiberius would have to accept it.  Even if a cancellation was processed, unless he had his game back before it was canceled, he's kind of forfeiting it to avoid a negative.  From the sounds of it, there's no way this guy would do that.

From the sounds of it, this is going to be a case where he Tiberius is going to have to send the game to goozex, who will put him back in the queue where he was and reimburse him for shipping, while the seller will have a negative, and unless he pays goozex to ship the game back to him, will have forfeited his game as well as the points.

Yeah, I escalated it as soon as I found out the seller disputed the feedback. He escalated it again a couple days ago. This guy has a feedback score of over 400.....he definitely knows what he is doing and is trying to blow smoke up my ass when he says that he is in the right and there is nothing I can do about it. The problem for him is that when stupid people (and he was stupid to flog this as a CE "Full Package" when he could have listed it as "Disc+ Manual" or "Disc Only" and possibly gotten away with it) try to be condescending towards me....I derive great satisfaction from using thier own words and deeds to screw them over.
