ODST: CE "Full Package" received with no controller

Already have....told him I wasn't paying out of pocket to cover up his fraud and he can either ship me my controller (though I doubt he has one), cancel and send me a shipping label for the game......or enjoy his shiny new negative feedback plus whatever he has coming from the powers that be here. The 50 points loss will be worth the damage the neg does him....what sucks is losing my place in the que.

Hm, there is one person requesting the CE disc+manual.  I could offer my ODST as the disc+manual CE and get an extra 100 points than if I offered it as a complete RE.

Just send him to this page and let the negative feedback stick. He is obviously a scammer who was trying to get an extra 50 points by sending abolutely nothing beyond the normal game

Don't worry about your queue position. Once your negative sticks, Goozex will put you back in the queue in your original position.

WOW... not the best move there, becuase if he was going to scam he just lost all ability to do so my sending you that PM... Also there's that nice ironic humor to the "Thank you for maturity." part!  AHH!  Life is such a show to behold indeed!  Everyone should make sure to enjoy the show as well!

I know Goozex likes the mentality of, even if it's just game only....and the seller lied. You still get stuck with it. But the bull over using it for Special editions, and others should just be straight up negative.

I did that to start....he tried to play dumb and act like the CE was no different than the regular game. After I hit him with a neg he PMed me to say I was naive and immature to think that he would send me a controller for 50 pts. I was kinda shocked he was so frank about his lack of integrity...I didn't have to push hard to get the truth out of him.

They got what they requested...though why someone would request the CE "Disc Only" is mystifying to me.

Sounds like you're dealing with the same guy who sent me a bootleg DVD. He has called me immature, a pompous jerk, ignorant, untrustworthy, and that I should send the DVD back, and then he would reimburse me.  Why the hell would I trust someone to pay me back for shipping that just sent me a bootleg DVD? lol

Pretty straightforward case here.  I don't know whey he wouldn't have just listed it as Disc+Manual or Disc Only.  That's what I did and I sent my copy of ODST out (still on going).

I think Goozex should require the controller for all options, as it is essentially allowing traders to do what caused the GH and RB scam to get more points, but legitimately. The only difference between the two editions is the controller, and so it should be required on any condition regardless of whether or not it affects playability.

I understand what you're saying, but and I actually checked to see what I should do about my listing.  I actually asked for a clarification to be put on the trading info tab as I shared your thoughts, but I fully understand Goozex's reasoning behind their decision...lacking the controller doesn't change how the game is played (playablility).  There is only so much Goozex can do to protect users from themselves.  Like anything in life, buyer beware.
