ODST: CE "Full Package" received with no controller

I requested the Collector's Edition of ODST as a full package, which the product page clearly states means the special controller that was part of the package must be included. I got matched last week and the game arrived today. While the seller shipped quickly and the game itself is in perfect shape there is no controller. I have PMed the seller, but what should I do if he/she doesn't make this right?

Leave Negative Feedback if he does not respond since he basically just sent you halo 3 ODST regular edition, not collectors edition.

Yeah, negative since that's what made it the CE edition.  You basically got the regular game for a higher point count.

If the box art, manual and disc are no different than the standard version, leave Negative for wrong product received. You received the standard edition of the game at that point.  

If there is a difference between the normal version (I Don't think there is with the game packaging itself), you may be stuck with a neutral.

Say the guy doesn't send the controller. I'm not that sympathetic towards him, he IS wrong, 

Does the game get sent to goozex and he gets credited for what THAT game is worth? He doesn't HAVE to give his return address to the buyer. That doesn't mean he should be out a 1000 point game that's pretty high on the request list. Just curious. ^ ^

If the game is sent to Goozex, the seller has to pay Goozex to have the item returned. I believe they just take 3 tokens as compensation.

"The Collector's Pack includes a special ODST-branded wireless Xbox 360 Controller which is required for shipping FULL PACKAGE. The controller does not affect the playability of the game and therefore Disc & Manual, and Disc Only, do NOT require the controller for shipping."

So would that be saying if you select it as full package, and don't get it, its neutral though?  I would consider this to be the same classification as a bundle for Rock Band or GH.  I mean there is only a 50 point difference but still, seems like a little bit of a rip off to leave someone in the cold even over 50 points.

I listed ODST as full package and you received a full package. You received case, manual, and disc in perfect condition. That is all that I have. Thanks!

Since he now expects you to send the game back at your expense, hit him with a negative.  He knew he was scamming for points, even if it was 50.  He obviously wanted to get the game out faster, and get a little more for it.

From this latest PM...he knew exactly what he was doing. He was scamming for points.

Definitely.  I find it "really funny" that he chose to ignore the listing specific instructions for full package.  If he wants to game back, the seller needs to pay the return shipping.  Why should the buyer pay extra money in a situation where he did nothing wrong.
