I've been using goozex for a while now and I've had mainly positive transactions. I think it is a very useful site however, the nature of the transactions often cause problems.

One problem that has occurred is the restrictions imposed on someone when they have negative feedback. I received neutral feedback on one of my games because by accident I didn't put enough postage. He still received the game just fine however. Although it was neutral and not negative feedback I still got negative feedback and as a result I cannot trade and games. I can only send games.

This is a problem since most of my games are not in high demand. So basically, I have been cut off from using goozex. As the site still has money that I have committed to it, this is not a very satisfactory situation. This one mistake that I made in not sending enough postage despite my good intentions has kept me from ever using goozex again since I cannot make any trades with the restrictions.

Looking at your history, your feedback score doesn't make sense. You've received 3 +10s, and 1 -10. That sould give you an overall score of 20, which allows you to trade.

Email feedback@goozex.com i looked at your trading history and 3 positives and 1 netural does not equal -10 feedback. I might be missing something,but it could be a gltich in the system.

Looking at your history, your feedback score doesn't make sense. You've received 3 +10s, and 1 -10. That sould give you an overall score of 20, which allows you to trade.

His 9/13 feedback looks like it was a negative (game not received) turned postive, but I don't think the feedback points were returned.

I did not see that,then all they need to do is email goozex and i am sure it will be fixed.

Just to let you know it will take a few days (may thursday) to get back to you. Please don't think they are not answering you the Gteam is small and don't work weekends.
