still no game

i used my points to buy uncharted 2 on oct. 16th......and still no game!

i thought it said it would take no longer than 3 weeks at the most to be delivered, but now its going on towards a month. If I knew it would have taken so long I would have just gone out and bought it with cash.

does anyone know what to do in my situation?
