lol I was trying to think of the other big one I deal with, and that is surely it. Most of my '...call me back if you're still having problems...' never get a call back.
"Oh, a restart, you think that'll fix it?"
Kenny: "Quite possibly. When was the last time you shut the machine down or restarted it?"
"....."
Kenny: ...
"You know, I can't remember the last time I did that" (often related to my above issue)

Dunno about you guys, but here in California, "rich white lady attitude" is the firggin worst. Super markets, driving, anywhere a rich white lady is, they will run you over w/ a shopping cart at whole foods, talk on cel phones on elevators, cut you off, never signal in their giant SUVs....
RWLs are my bane, they dont look where they are walking, I had a lady back into me at whole foods, roll her eyes and sigh in disgust as if I was somehow taking up her god given space. I wanted to tell her "listen lady, bleaching hair that old isn't going to pay off in 5 years, and stay out of the sun!"

What really, really annoys me is being ignored. I hate sending out messages, PMs, or emails to people asking them an important question that they have to respond to, yet they never respond back to me. This is exacerbated when I can see that the person has read the mail (like the PMs here), yet they still did not respond!!!! It's just so rude!
I've been getting more tech called at 3 minutes to lunch or 1 minute to 5PM....drives me nuts.
People that chew with their mouth open. There's a guy at work who not only chews so loud at his desk but he also slurps stuff like spaghetti sauce and the like. Drives me up a wall.
Edit: Since this just happened, I hate when people I work with write "of" instead of "have." Like "oh, he couldn't of hit that."
There is a reason why my scissors, stapler, staple remover and calculator all have my initial marked with a permanent marker. Also why my phone is velcroed to my desk.

I'm sorry, what was that? I wasn't paying attention.
I teach at a high school. If I listed all the things that annoy me every day, the board would explode.
People who talk behind you at movie theatres, class lectures, meetings, etc (events where you are trying to pay attention but it is simply not possible with the chatter behind you).
And when their whispers turn into full on conversations...
I feel like turning around and stabbing one of them over and over and over and over...
And just in general; rudeness is a gaint pet peeve of mine. F rude people.
