God Hand

The Legend of Zelda series, from the first one up to Majora's Mask (it started sucking after that)
Fallout series, including 3 (but not Tactics which was mediocre)
Metroid, the original, Super, and Fusion
Yakuza 1 and 2
Final Fantasy III (SNES) and VII if I'm feeling charitable
Vampire: The Masquerade - Bloodlines
Pikmin 1 and 2
Bionic Commando (NES)
Killer7
Chrono Trigger
Okami
Ratchet & Clank (first 3 for PS2)
Super Mario Bros. (1, 3, World, Yoshi's Island, 64)

And a whole bunch of old DOS games I don't feel like typing up

If I had to pick just one... Majora's Mask marks the end of the series for me and covers just about everything a game should.
