So I requested NBA 2K10 for the 360 as soon as I could and I got around 5-7 in line. So I wait and wait for a month and finally get matched. The guy I got matched with hasn't been active for 1 year+ and only has 1 feedback.. so it seems very suspicious. Then he claims to ship it next day and then he confirms it. 2 Days later, he confirms it again. 2 days later (today) he confirms it again but with a message .. "changed my mind" so I give him a message back confronting him about what he his doing cause he is trying to cancel after making me wait 5 days and it seems pretty obvious he was trying to get me out of line. I have yet to accept the cancel and tempted to wait to get him negative feedback. Pretty ticked at the moment.
Oh yeah, he also has no record of playing 2K10 on his gamertag.
Leave negative now. You can always change it if the game shows up. Also, take his username out of your post. That's a no no here.
Well I can't give him "Did not receive game" yet until a few more days, but problem is I really want the game asap.. but I don't want to let this jerk do this.
