Piont's issue problem with Goozex. Please read.

Hello.  I shpped two video games in the week of 11/01/09 to two different buyers for the games I listed.  Both buyers gave me positive feedback.   But Goozex has not issued me the point's  for them.   I  wrote messages to customer service and the bug department.  I have not herd anything back from both departments.   I was wondering if anyone is having this or any similer prombles?    Thank You.

Check your pionts () account history.  You might even want to check your requests to see if you've been matched for something.

I have a total of 350 point's  The total should be 550 point's  If I have those 200 points like how I should I could get  a game I would like.  I am limited to what I can get as of now.  I checked my points at the top of my page at it should be 550 not  350.  I still have two items I need to get a feedback on to hopefually get more points.   Thats for replying so fast.

Go into 'My Account' and select 'Account History' or just click here: http://www.goozex.com/trading/asp/dialogs/goozexaccounthistory.asp?mode=P

That should give you detail on your points.
