Game Sent but now person's account says to cancel but not the person himself?

Ok so this is weird...

i sent out a game today... get home to confirmed that i shipped it and i see a cancel request... i am not gonna cancel since i already sent the game out at the post office... however i get an email from this same member, but signed up under another account telling me that he wants the game still and that for some reason his account got suspended and it is putting in all trade cancellations to the trades he has going on....whats gonna happen to me? will i still get my points from this persons account if goozex has suspended it and cancelled all trades even tho i sent my game??

I'm pretty sure this person is trying to scam you one way or another. First thing I'd do is shoot an email to help@goozex.com with the username of the person you're trading with and the second one that sent you a PM since there should be no reason for someone to have two accounts (and probably would not be very good for the community if their account got banned in the first place). Explain thoroughly what's happening like you did here.

As for your points, I do think you will get the points anyways since the person should have had the points in the first place to send out the game. Since they can't log in anymore (if they're disabled) then it should give you automatic positive feedback anyways. In any case, I would contact feedback@goozex.com so they can hopefully speed up the process of closing the trade since you sent it out and it's too late to cancel the trade or get the game back somehow. Just explain the problem and they should get back to you. Although, it might be best if you contact the help email first, since they might also be able to figure out to close the trade for you and give you positive feedback.

Do nothing. the game is sent. You did your part. There is nothign they can do, since their account is disabled so you'll get automatic positive feedback at system close out.

Probably should still contact Goozex about the account that messaged you, but otherwise if you're patient for your points then you don't have to do anything.

oh for sure i wouldnt have sent it out... i sent it out in the morning today.. and there was no cancellations request or anything... got home at like 5pm.. i see a cancellation request.. and then i see a message from the guy from another account he musta just made called "whathappened" as his user name.. and told me his account is frozen and they r cancelling all his trades for no reason...

hopefully it all works out and i get my 1000 points and he gets his game :)  he lives like 20 min from me so he should get the game tomorrow or the next day anyway
