This is a used game exchange site...with the occasional user sending a sealed item.....wouldn't be an oxymoron to put this.....
They GROSS $4458 (probably quite a bit less being many of us buy tokens in quantity paying as little as 50 cents). I'd guess profit would be negligible, at best.
Some totally off-the-cuff math. They tend to float around 5000 trades going on at any one time, give or take. To keep things simple, let's say your average trade takes 5 days between initiation (match) and completion (feedback given). So that would mean about an rolling average of 1000 new trades initiated per day, give or take. If anything, it's probably a little less than that, since some trades probably take a week or longer.
Let's give the benefit of the doubt and say that each token gives Goozex a full dollar, again for simplicity's sake. So 1000 tokens a day equals $1000 a day, for a total of $365,000 gross per year.
That may sound like a lot, but one really sharp database engineer's costs can easily be $80,000 plus (salary, benefits, office space, etc.). And they obviously employ customer service reps, have to pay for serious web hosting, need at least one web programmer, etc. If anything it sounds like they are stretched pretty thin to me.
There are other revenues on the table as well--ad revenue is one, though this may be negligible. Another would be postage revenue--given that they charge $1 more than Paypal, we can assume that they make at least a fraction of a buck when you buy postage through Goozex, so if 1/4 of the users use it we could be talking another $50,000 annually or so for that. But nobody should be under the impression that this is a mega-enterprise with infinite resources. The scale is too small.

Zing!
mrkekeru: They made $4458 for every trade happening right now. Its more of a question of do they have any incentive to implement such a feature.

Wow, where is the other $4457 dollars per trade coming from?

The number has changed a bit. Perhaps I phrased it wrong.

Reread your original post and you'll find that you did phrase it wrong.
If what you wrote is correct, they'd have $19,864,849 tied up in trades at the moment. (4457 trades at $4457 per trade).
