This V sounds pretty interesting. I'll have to tape the opening one tonight.

I have been watching re-runs of the original V on Sy Fy channel. I wonder if the LA resistence will still be the main freedom fighters.

I remember watching it when I was a teenager. I loved it, especially the first series (it was shown on Italian television divided in two series). The second series, when the Visitors leave Earth and then come back (I believe hiding behind the moon?) had lost some appealing by then. Donovan, queen Anna, and all other characters are still alive in my mind.

I'd be curious to watch this new edition of Visitors

I thought the comic was great but the movie really didn't capture it. Hugo Weaving was pretty good though.

For me it's more Elizabeth Mitchell from Lost. But Firefly was excellent too.

And yes I'll be DVR'ing it tonight.

I'll wait for the DVDs to come out. Can't understand how people can wait a week between episodes for some shows (especially continual cliffhangers like 24).
