I submitted an e-mail, but I also wanted to post this here as well. I recently purchased 5 tokens as I normally do to refill my account. I got a confirmation of the order and payment, it's even in my account history as cleared. However, I never got credited for those 5 tokens. I still shows 0, and I had no new trades go through since I purchased the 5 tokens. I have the confirmation # and Goozex staff can see it in my account history as well.

Is it possible that you have trades pending, that haven't been accepted by the seller yet?
you will have to contact help@goozex.com or hope one of the mods catch your thread and they can help you out by bumping this internally for you
