Hmm.. I thought they were invented to invade my personal space and get on my nerves. But you may be on to something. I'll have to go see if I can hit them up for a quick fix.
Just the opposite here. We have no trick or treaters where I live and we do not keep candy in our house, so when that orange plastic pumpkin filled with snickers, milky way's and peanut butter cups was sitting in the work kitchen this morning I went to town on it like an animal out of its cage.
I ended up with the jitter's earlier because I ate too much...lol
We only had like 5 groups come by this year, slowest year ever... out house had a pumpkin light in the window and a pumpkin candle, but apparently the malls were packed. Our street can get a bit dark.
So basically we have a million pounds of candy, but work also has a ton so ..

Was it a glade special edition? That is one house I would skip for halloween... I am not sure I want the treat from there....
I talked my wife into bringing me some, from home. She's awesome.
We went through 3.5 bags of candy.
And when I say bag, I mean a Sam's club bag of candy....
Living in a townhouse development, we don't even stay inside. Its easier to just sit by your front door. At one point we had a line of at least 15-25 kids and parents wrapped around our house. (End unit Townhome)

I still have half a bag of candy though. Enjoying a delicious pink starburst as I type this.
My wife was out of town for the weekend but she brought be home some cinnabons.
cinnabon > candy
I can't wait to get home and eat another one!!!
