I'm all for requiring Delivery Confirmation, and getting the points after you enter DC# - that would really cut down on the scammers. You can enter a fake number, but it will be found out eventually, and that's a level of commitment to scamming not many people will show, IMHO. too bad it's 80 cents at the PO. I have sent out 12 packages and my feedback is 120 w/o once using DC, but I feel I am pushing my luck. Most were low value, >400 pts. Soon I will be sending Punch Out, 950 pts and that will be DC'ed, you bet. If I had to, then I would just do it without thinking about it, and that would be better for everybody, including the PO, which needs the help.

not if they only had one hand to begin with. But then it might be hard to play video games previously in that scenario. I don't know what i would do if i ever lost a hand.....

I had my fist instance of abuse of this idea yesterday and I wanted to share. So I got matched on a Blu-Ray movie on Wednesday and the trader confirmed shipped with a DC number the same day. Well, last night I got an email for a trade cancellation. The trader said "I thought I had posted this title as HD-DVD, but I must have selected Blu-Ray instead."
I thought for two seconds about what would the masses do in this instance.....Do I leave negative for "did not receive" since they confirmed shipped to get the points and backed out or do I just agree to cancel? Frankly, I don't have the patience to deal with a dispute and since I got my points and token back right away...I just didn't care.
So on to the next trade I say!

Why hit him with a negative? The guy realized his mistake and initiated a cancel to make things right. He could've sent it and had a whole dispute process started.
