Hey guys, I'm fairly new to the site, I joined about a month or so ago, and have only traded one game. So, not knowing that goozex automatically accepts trades when they're in your requests queue (I thought they'd message me with a confirmation for the trade request) I got matched up with someone to send me a copy of Way of the Samurai 3, even though I own it. I simply forgot it was on my wants list... As a result, I sent a request for cancellation the day the trade was accepted. I got no reply or anything and now I have the game. Yesterday I sent him a message, and he hasn't responded. Now, I really don't wanna spend these points on this game if I already own it... I understand I can get my points back if I give negative feedback, but I don't wanna be an ***. However, the fact that he hasn't checked back once (or ignored my messages) really bothers me. I'd be more than happy to send him back the game, but at this rate, the 14 days are gonna be over and he'll automatically get positive feedback. What should i do? =[

You CANNOT leave negative feedback just because the seller didn't answer your message. 

You should leave positive and send it back out. You can get your points back that way too. It looks to be in short supply and it will probably match soon after you list it.

Unfortunately thre is not much you can do.  The Seller is under no bligation to accept your cancel, nor is he/she obligated to answer your PM (though I think that's just rude).

Do not leave improper feedback.  That is considered feedback abuse and can very possibly get you banned from the site.

Suggestion:  I know it sucks, but I recommend just leaving the appropriate feedback and re-list the game.  You could always add in the comment box that the Seller never bothered to answer your PMs, but that's your call.  Managing your queue is a very important aspect of the site, sorry you found that out the hard way, but hopefully it'll help you in your future trading.

Well you can't leave negative, that is out of the question. If he doesn't cancel your best bet is to just put the game back up for trade. Just learn your lesson that if you have an item on your active request it will get matched up without your confirmation.
