anyways if he is claiming something is broken, he'll have to send it in to goozex anyways so they can confirm his story.

Although looking at that guy's feedback, he totally is a scammer, and he should be reported to Goozex immediately. Of 16 received trade feedbacks, he has claimed that the game fell out of the envelope in 4, and that the game does not flat out work in another 5. He has left 5 negatives, and based off the comments another 4 negatives that Goozex overturned and made positive.

Wow that guys feedback is rediculuos. I feel bad for all the people that got negatives due to this scammer.
This dude's a fuggin joke. How has goozex caught him lying and abusing the feedback system so many times, and not have banned him already?
How the hell did he manage to get this far? He should have been banned months ago. Well if it isn't against the TOS Goozex should release his personal information so I can kick his ass if I'm ever in the neighborhood. Not just for his trading habits, but for his crimes against the English language.
Here's a hint: Why not look at his feedback BEFORE you accept the trade? If he is so obviously a scammer, and it sounds like he is, why did you send him something in the first place?
WOW! In 9 of the 16 trades he (she?) received, he/she claims the game either doesn't work or fell out during shipping. Seriously, why is he/she not banned?

I do this before sending anything out, just to see who I'm dealing with & whether I should let the trade "time out".
