I requested Onechanbara: Bikini Samurai Squad on October 19, and about a minute or too ago I was trying to look at his account and it said this:

USER NOT FOUND OR DISABLED

The user information you requested is not available because the user does not exist or was disabled.

How should I handle this?

I'd contact Goozex and tell them what's up. They might be able to cancel it early for you. If not, leave a negative as soon as you can. It'll take a few days to get your points/token back after that, but you will get them back. Just make sure not to re-add the game to your requests as Goozex will put you back in your previous place in line automatically and adding it yourself will disrupt that.
