Normally I purchase the shipping label via the option to purchase a shipping label on the transaction page. However, due to circumstances, I was unable to ship before the soon-to-be recipient gave me negative feedback. I opened a dispute b/c I intended on shipping today. The dispute was given a 14 day extension before negative feedback is given.

Now I'm trying to buy a shipping/postage label to ship this game but that option is no longer available for this disputed game. The only thing I can click on is to view the open dispute. On top of that the recipient is being very immature...

Any solutions so I can ship this game and be done with it?

If you cant get the buyers address you have no choice but to accept the negative feedback and move on.  Goozex will not give you the address after a negative has been left due to confidentiality issues.  Take the negative like a man and move on.

Go to the post office and do it manually while getting delivery confirmation and such if you have the address still.

PM me your email for a Lockerz invite... still have 20 to give out for Z list status):

If you haven't shipped the game a full 2 weeks after you said you would you deserve the negative.

I agree with this, but goozex unfortunately doesn't work that way. They can ship as late as they want, if you get it and there's nothing wrong with it, they still get a +10.

I've looked at some of the incoming parcels I've received, there's no reasonable way to nail people with late shipping and looking at some of the posts, a bunch of idiots would get something a tad late and just leave that option anyway even if it was the post offices fault.

When someone blatantly lies about ship date (aka sending 7+ days after what they agreed)  I'm just 100% more anal about the condition.  Usually if i get an unplayable disc, BUT I can buff it to make it work?  I leave positive, if they lied about ship date? I won't bother trying and just leave a negative unplayable.

Same goes for the condition of the case/if it's missing something.  Usually unless the case/manual are shredded if the game works I leave +10, but if they are a liar?  A badly cracked case/water logged smelly manual for sure will drop the feedback to +5.

I dealt with lazy scum like this OP before.  They always usually lie about "I was caught up with something that's why I couldn't ship it out" When in fact they were just trying to keep the points and hopefully get a positive feedback from the system. Curse you I will ship in 3 days then 2 weeks later haven't even taken the priority to even think about shipping the game until, IM HIT WITH A NEGATIVE FEEDBACK and MUST GET UP OFF MY LAZY FAT ASS! CURSE YOU, When you plan to dip the manual into water and dirty up the disc! Curse you, when all in doubt, You should really deserve a negative.

I too have had to deal with this, though in my case the seller nabbed my address a day before I left the negative feedback, manually shipping during the dispute, and I reluctantly left the full positive when it finally arrived.

The sentiment however, is the same, and the negative feedback should remain.  The buyer isn't obligated to manually provide his address at this point, and if I were him, would be doing what I could to ensure the negative for nonshipment stuck, as a warning to other Goozers.  Negative feedback doesn't do a whole lot, but it's all we have as buyers in defense of conduct like this.

Remember, you've not only wasted his/her time by waiting over 2 weeks to even consider shipping, you've left them without the title they've been expecting, and more importantly, tied up their points and token balance on a fruitless endeavor.  The extention of the dispute only compounds matters.  They'll have to wait for that to resolve (or for you to honorably accept your negative), then wait 2-3 days for a refund, finally capped off with a wait for another match of the title.  Waiting 2 weeks to ship is simply unacceptable and thinking that you can suddenly resolve this positively after 2 weeks absence is a bit much.

There's always the 'Reject' button to use on matchup if you think you won't be able to ship, or you can try to request a cancel if you've already matched.  Neglecting these buttons mades you negligent in this case, and the left negative, warranted.

So glad you can't access the address, because you deserve this negative. Maybe it will be a lesson learned to not be lazy and procrastinate. You will find no sympathy from other users in the forums.
