Cute title it is.

Anyways, Looks like I'm going get in my first dispute With a member from Canada. It got esacalute or lost in the mail...or something. So what's the best way to prepare my defense! I've been practicing too. Basically what do I need myself

If you paid the extra money for Delivery confirmation to canada that could help.... if not than your customs form # should suffice

USPS doesnt do DC to Canada. Customs # would help if you did one.   Funny vid

they do have tracking its not called delivery confirmation but express and international priority mail do

Your customs number will suffice.  There's no need to pay more for confirmation when you get it for free.

Same here. Once I'm done with Nostalgia I think a replay of the PW series may be in order. Been long enough that I won't remember most of the steps to solve the cases.

The problem is that a first class international customs form number will NOT show tracking; typically it will only show acceptance at the post office if you sent it there or "electronic information received" if you paid for 1st class through a 3rd party subscription like Stamps.com.

First Class usually takes 1-2 weeks to Canada.

I'm an eBay Powerseller and deal with these kinds of issues all the time. A lot of international buyers don't realize that the USPS doesn't offer cheap international "tracking." For that you have to pay for Priority by weight (NOT flat rate), which will cost $23 and up for most countries.

So, for our purposes, the custom number will work just fine.  I'm really not concerned with if person B ever got the game I sent them.  All I want is if they say they didn't, I want to have proof that I fulfilled my end of the bargain, so I'm protected.  By showing acceptance, and occasionally tracking it as far as the border, the customs number fits the bill quite nicely.

About the only connection Canada has to burning Washington is that the British officer who ordered it was buried there after the good citizens of Baltimore plugged him. :D

So which of the Goozex Boxes do I get to contact on this. I already made a copy of the transcript and escaluted it...but it doesn't seem to be doing anything.

Once it's escalated Goozex I believe it's taken out of the buyer's and seller's hands.  So any correspondence with Goozex CS must be done by emailing feedback@goozex.com

Don't be alarmed if the Dispute you are currently in times out.  It may look like the feedback went through, but this is not the case as it still shows up as pending feedback to Goozex CS.  Goozex will review the dispute and make a ruling.  Once a ruling is made the accounts of the buyer and seller will be adjusted to reflect the outcome of the dispute.

It's been two days...I'm restless!!! I've sent inqury to Goozex, and stated the buyer's false claims on the last page of the dispute conversation.

Make sure your not counting weekends in those two days, these are not business days.
