cheeznrice: acsguitar: cheeznrice: acsguitar:Considering Dragon Quest 8 but I HATE those Turn based RPGS HATEAEAETAHATE! so I think I wouldn't like it. Rogue Galaxy is more of an action oriented RPG and I highly recommend it. It can be trying at times, so a little bit of grinding will be neccessary, but not nearly as much as in DQVIII. It's made by the same developers as DQVIII so it is top notch game. I only hope that trend continues once White Knight Chronicles is finally released. I considered that too Maybe this will convince you. You're a space pirate (in Rogue Galaxy)

I'll go youtube some game play ASAP!
Gary Johnson For President 2012!
RG looks pretty cool except I don't have the 250 points needed. Well i do but I'm only trying to spend 150 since I have a bunch of 1000 point games requested. Someone should request my copy of Beverly Hills Cop totally for real SEALED! MINT!!! FTW
acsguitar:As for Jax and Dexter it looks cool but too much like RandC which i think is fun but not that much fun
I liked J&D III a lot more than any of the R&C games, but never finished it. J&D III is sort of Hub semi open world mission based w/ driving and some platforming.
Is there a way to announce to other Goozers that you're "the first in line" and thus someone should "request" it now to be matched up with ya? Benefits the person trying to get rid of their game/movies, and also to the requester who will get something new.
acsguitar:Added Champions of Norath: Realms of Evequest to the list too but I'm like 2nd in line.
Given the choice, i'd definitely pick Champions of Norrath over BGDA. IMO both games have similar shortcomings (game length and so-so plot/storytelling) but the far superior loot, character building and 4 player co-op in CoN keeps me coming back to it every few months for another go.

It's not moving much so I'll have to put it back in line. It's pretty cool though that I can get a bunch of PS2 games for only a few goozex points.
Currently almost done with God of War 2...I'm playing all my Ps2 games through my laptop via Dazzle recorder. Looks basically the same as on my TV and I can chill on the couch with the wifey while she watches whatever
please advise on how to use "dazzle recorder" to play ps2 games on my laptop. I have a ps3 (bc) and a mac or pc if need be.

Dazzle Recorder is just a video IN device to my laptop. It has RCA plus on it and goes in VIA usb. I just plug the recorder into the laptop. Plug the PS2 VIDEO into recorder and audio directly into the laptop via RCA to Regular Headphone jack adapter and it's all hooked up.
Then I use a free program called DSCALER to show my feed. It isn't the most AMAZING picture but considering how bad my ps2 looks on my HDTV's it's not that horrible either.
So yea there ya go. The Video in for the computer is the key
this sounds like some tech i could definitly invest in...

Dscaler is free
The adapter to get stereo RCA into a single LINE IN MIC jack thing is like 9 bucks at radio shak
The TV in USB thing is probabyl like 30-50 bucks.
Seriously though it's not the prettiest picture ever. I'm gonna try the Pinnacle pay software. See if it's better

According to the guy's wife I bought it from, he never used it which was evident by the amount of time it took me to clear the dust out of it. I do enjoy the benefits of the 60GB though

I'd sell mine in a heartbeat for $300.
Well CoN came out years later to BGDA, it was expected to be better. I found RTA had much levels than the semi random level generator in CoN

throw it up on craigslist then, someone would surely buy it
Soul Calibur III is an awesome game, but it does have a little issue... if it isn't the first thing you put on your memory card, or it is on a card that has a save file which changes is size, you can end up with some corruption issues (a game mode file, though I've read cases of whole cards getting messed up). I don't know how that would play out given your situation, but just be forewarned.
