Haven't seen mine yet, either. I thought the fine print said something about it being sent within a week after the order ships.
I ordered Borderlands for the 360 and Mario Kart for the Wii since we're teaming up with my mother-in-law to get the kids a Wii for Christmas.
I have no idea what I'll use the $40 on. Maybe another Wii game or Left 4 Dead 2.

It said something similar on the .ca website for a similar deal. I think it was 5 business days after purchase, but I'm not 100% sure.

They also have a pretty good deal on Modern Warfare 2. If you pre-order, they give you a $20 credit after the game ships. I don't generally pre-order games, but that was too good to pass up.

I got my credit a day or two after it shipped. Used it on my MW2 preorder and worked fine
I still haven't used my credit, primarily since it's restricted to another console title purchase and I'm not looking to get anything else immediately. I've been told I can use it on a preorder for a title coming out in 2010, but I'm a bit timid on doing so. I may just save it for a nice black friday or near Christmas sale and scoop up a title then.

Yes, it's 12/31/09, hence my hesitation on using it for a preorder that releases in 2010.
