Box, game cartridge, manual.

I believe the little bag the cart comes in and the health and safety sheet are not required

A. That would take too long

B. Most cockroaches wouldn't fit in the bag.

Everything that came with the game when it was new. Just like it is for every other system

If you requested one of the Pokemon games that came with the wireless transmitter it should be in the full package and so on.

Speaking of which, what's the best way to ship these?  I have all the boxes for my GBA games, but don't want them to get crushed in transit.  Should I fold them flat?
