I opened a dispute with this guy and he never said anything the whole time so I escalated it to Goozex. They said he had to ship it to them within 14 days. That was on the 9th. 14 days from that was last Friday. Nothing has changed or updated since then. Could it be because it was the weekend and they wanted to give it a few days incase it was at the post office? I emailed them and nothing has happened yet. Can someone explain a little bit please?

The Gteam does not work on weekends. Give it till around Wednesday and see what happens. If nothing changes by then, email feedback@goozex.com and send them a detailed message with dates,both of your user names,game traded all that jazz.

Ok, thank you.  The buyer has not responded to any of the dispute updates or any messages so I guess he's not keeping up with it.  He probably didn't send it at all.

It is now Wednesday. Almost a week after they said it would be over. I am beginning to feel a little impatient. They havent replied to my message I sent several days ago, the dispute page hasnt changed, nothing has changed and I havent gotten any kind of notification. I mean, whats the deal?

Thank you very much. I've just been checking my emails and Goozex for updates and never saw anything new and was wondering if there was a problem.

Thank you for your help. I guess the guy didn't send in the game because it gave me the points. There is still a problem though. I had a -10 feedback score before this I traded this game. When he gave me negative feedback, I then had -30. After this whole deal, I finally got the points but I still have a -30 feedback score. It said on the dispute page that the feedback would be reversed and I would receive the points. I got the points but my feedback remained the same. Has there been a mistake?

So Goozex made a mistake? Can a mod please flag this like you did last time so I dont have to email them? Because last time they never responded. They did get to it though when a mod flagged this.

We adjusted the feedback to positive, as stated in the dispute message, but unfortunately it did not reflect properly in your feedback score.  Your feedback score was now manually adjusted to accurately represent the positive.  We apologize for any inconvenience.  Happy Trading! Geeked
