I opened a dispute with this guy and he never said anything the whole time so I escalated it to Goozex. They said he had to ship it to them within 14 days. That was on the 9th. 14 days from that was last Friday. Nothing has changed or updated since then. Could it be because it was the weekend and they wanted to give it a few days incase it was at the post office? I emailed them and nothing has happened yet. Can someone explain a little bit please?
The Gteam does not work on weekends. Give it till around Wednesday and see what happens. If nothing changes by then, email feedback@goozex.com and send them a detailed message with dates,both of your user names,game traded all that jazz.
Ok, thank you. The buyer has not responded to any of the dispute updates or any messages so I guess he's not keeping up with it. He probably didn't send it at all.
I am flagging this for the g-team to see. It is possible they got swamped with something else and missed you.
