I thought it was only 1 second round pic?  That sucks.  I wouldn't have made the trade either - I wasn't too happy when I found out that what we were giving away.  Consider it a nice gift for Boston from the Leafs.  Only because we feel bad for you! haha

p.s. was that cancer and Kessel comment a "no-pun-intended" type of joke?

Oh Oh the leafs are winning for the first time since the first game of the season.  As for Kessel he is way better than any of the players we have now and has more potential than any of our prospects.  If we end up in last place then it will most likely be a bad trade, however until the picks have been made and kessel reaches his potential nobody knows who won the trade. 

I dunno,  I think this was kind of mean spirited on dtp11's point,  the few experiences I have had with having to accept cancilations, are such as "game eaten by my dog"  or 'game sold to gamestop"  or whatever,  and theirs no WAY refusing to accept a cancilation will do anything but cause trouble.  His first dispute post said, he was unaware he could even ship to canada.  Most likely what happened, is he set it to include canada on someones request when he was so fresh he didn't know what it meant,  his cancilation, which wasn't hugely unreasonable,  "Sorry, I can't ship this to canada, I accidently added it as a trading zone" would have been much nicer then a blank request to cancel,  thats how it goes sometimes though, 

 If you would have pulled this on me and refused to cancel after I asked you, (with a better reason certainly) I would have mailed you a flat rate box full of my ***,  If I'm going to get a negative at least I should deserve it.

First of all, if you had a better reason, I would have accepted your cancellation.

Honestly I find it rather sad that the seller is asking u NICELY to accept the cancellation, yet u force it upon giving him a negative, when he didn't even confirm trading the game to you, I honestly find you as the buyer being the bully, you telling him on what he has to gain and he is not even stealing from you in the first place since he's asking you nicely he WANTS you to have your points back, and yet you fighting to give this user the negative than just cancel to the trade, its more like you have something to gain out of this since its not like you were gonna get the game anytime sooner from the seller, yet you got greedy and in this case you wanted to get something out of it no matter what, in this being marking a user with a negative, when he is not even screwing you over to begin with. If he wouldn't have a reason or an option at all to cancel, it would be a different story, but their IS an option and your saying as if to the seller that he has no option to deny trading to you, your the bully and this thread proves even me more scared to be matched with you, thank you for this.

You need to read the rules of the site and realize that what I did, I had every right to do and in no way does it make me a bully.

It was his first one by the looks of it. Which is good, because hopefully after this, it will be his last.

If it was only his first cancellation, I would have accepted, lectured him, and reminded him to remove Canada from his trading region. I can understand if he had several cancellations, but refusing the cancellation and giving a negative for the first offense seems kind of harsh. It's like sending a kid to jail the first time he's done something bad instead of disciplining him by giving him a time out (best analogy I could think of =\). Perhaps there should be a way to flag accounts like this instead of having to give them a negative. That way, if the user does it too many times, their account could come up for review and perhaps a warning could be issued followed by a hold on the account if it continues.

I actually haven't made or received any cancellations requests yet so my opinion is likely to change, but I'd probably still choose the more polite choice.

While this is freaking hilarious - please don't do this. You would get banned for sure.
