I'm fairly new to Goozex. The number of trades i've sent out and games i've received is in the single digits. I'm at the point now where when I say I'm going to ship something out, they credit me the points automatically. This afternoon I accepted a trade for a game that someone else wanted. As soon as those points were credited to me, Goozex made two more matches that were accepted and the points were spent.
After this happened I got a message from the person that originally wanted the game. He said that he didn't want the game and added to his requests by accident. Am I stuck sending him a game that he doesn't want because the points are already spent?

you will receive a negative point balance you'll have to clear to receive more games if you accept the cancel; remember you are under no obligation to do so
You don't have to accept the cancellation. Because this would be sticking you in the negative points wise. Your best bet is to reply and explain you can't cancel or you'll be in the negative. Just make sure when you do send it that you take pics and get delivery confirmation to cover all bases. This way if he decides to try and screw you, you are covered. :)

I was actually under the impression that Goozex changed it so the seller had to have points to be able to issue a refund or the cancellation wouldn't go through. Maybe this was just talked about and was never implemented....
If you do decide to send the user the game, just keep your receipt and DC # handy in case they try to pull something. There is no reason you should be put out by this. The buyer can simply add the game to their offers once they get it. Buyers should be aware of what they are requesting.

Yeah, I'd send it. It's their fault for not keeping up on their request list...
I've sent him a message letting him know that I will be shipping the game because of the points. Along with getting Delivery Confirmation (which comes with the goozex shipping you buy onsite right ?) what kind of pictures should I take so that I'm sure to cover all my bases?
make sure you show everything is there and try to show that the disc is in good condition.

I would take pics of case, manual, and both sides of the disc all next to a newspaper (a spot on the paper where it says the date so he can't argue you took those pictures a year ago)

Yes, I believe it does.
