On a note of disagreement, I hate trading to Canada.

Each time I've sent something it either arrived late, or didn't arrive at all for whatever reason. It sounds like I'm doing it wrong, right? Well I'm doing it right, and shipping to Canada is still a problem for me. I'm not alone either, I have a few friends who have tried shipping to Canada, one who met with wait times as long as THREE MONTHS in customs.

Frickin' customs....bane of Canada's existence.

In conclusion, I love Canada and Canadians, but apparently either our postal service hates theirs or vice versa.

Of course it's cool to open trades here :)

I still don't understand why so many supposely have issues shipping products. If you are having repeating problems its at the source (aka you or the post office you deal with).

@Stoudman - No offense buddy but if you friend had something held in customs for three months (which is pretty impossible unless its illegal and you have a lot of red tape to deal with) then he didn't ship it right. End of story!

Edit:

To add to customs. If something is being held too long. Both sender and recepient receive a notice in the mail. Depending on the item, the recepient might be ask to come to the customs office in his region to clear the item.

I opened my regions back up to Canada, as my postmaster said he would write me handwritten receipts.

I'm new to Goozex and am in Canada. I used to ebay all the time from and to the USA and never had an issue. I think its very key that you find the proper way of shipping things here. Learn from other people's experiences. I have opened my trading to the US and have no problem sending stuff out that way. Keep in mind too, that post offices do make mistakes too, both USPS and CP, which can cause delays on any post no matter the destination.

Now trade me your good games :)
