No, I was actually talking to bobster when he answered you. He was trying to answer your perceived question. Next time read the whole thread instead of attacking users who were just trying to point you to the correct answer.
We can understand that you have questions, but asking the same thing three times in a row when people have attempted to help you just makes you come off as a tool. I am sure you will be getting your order soon, but if not do not hesitate to PM a mod about the issue.
I predict this will be back after February 14th. Once people buy a bunch of points for half off ($60 for 2400 points), they'll have enough money to start ordering games again. :)
The beauty of this system is that they get to pocket the $3 or more on the Amazon discount for games. If they get lucky like with the way MW2 went down, they can get the games for $40.

Yeah, I still haven't heard anything. Did some general e-mailing and even e-mailed someone a user suggested (not saying here because the user seemed to want it kept private) and haven't heard a single peep. Three weeks have now gone by.
Is anyone else experiencing this? I'm becoming upset by it.
Quick update!
All exchange orders in January - Our Fulfillment provider Amazon was overwhelmed a bit with the number of orders we had been processing from Oct-Jan and some things were accidentally flagged as suspicious activitiy - resulting in blocked orders!!!!
Goozex made Amazon a bit overwhelmed!?!?!
Rest assured, all orders were replaced and should be on their way and arrive shortly. Please Feel free to PM me with any questions or concerns!!!

Thanks for that info. Would that explain why I ordered Call of Duty :MW2 for the PC for 2000 points on Jan 17 and it has not yet arrived? The dream still lives on....
