I find that Amazon is awesome for shipping within Canada. I am pretty sure Draklan lives close to their shipping centre which means that within 2-3 days of shipping he should have gotten the package (Amazon ships items with tracking as parcels so they dont usually get lost). I get my items from Amazon.ca next day every time so I would guess that one of two things has happened to his order: either it got delivered improperly or the order got lost in the shuffle and was never shipped.
Thank you Killmak as you are correct I do live close to their shipping centre and have never had a problem getting something from amazon before. I just need Goozex to step up and find out what happened and get it fixed. Probably next week as I'm sure they're on holiday right now.
Your right, and the more I think about it, the less I want to use the exchange thing to buy a game. I don't want to wait for a month to get it... might as well go out and buy it and get it over with.
Man I wish they would put the Sims 3 expansion on the exchange. Overall this a great service you guys have introduced!

They did finally refill the MW2 for the 360. They even sent me an email letting me know since I had been pestering them about it. Now the wait comes, to see if it comes after Xmas.
Still no easy link to get to the Exchange either. Its a pain digging into the old blog posts to find it everytime I'm checking for an update (and am then disappointed by there not being an update at all!). There isn't even a link in the OP of these threads!

Actually, on the front page near the top right there's a button that will take you right to the Goozex Exchange page... it reads "Cash in your points for NEW products". No need to dig through anything.

So when are we going to see an update? It feels like it's been forever since things have been added/removed. We should have Mass Effect 2, Bioshock 2, Demon Soul's, etc. added while stuff like NCAA Football removed.

Yeah Mass Effect 2 comes out in little over a week and it's probably going to be a really popular title, I'm sure it would probably "sell out" on the Exchange if they actually update the damn thing.
