FYI, it was a little bug, it was once a month at the time, not every 30 days since your "last use" of the exchange, we honored those that took advantage of the bug ;) but it is back to normal as before, "Every 30 days since your last exchange use".
The two games I wanted I had already purchased, Borderlands and MW2.
