A dispute was closed October 9th and went in my favor and I was told I would be credited with the 1000 points and the trade token for UFC 2009 but I've yet to receive any of the points.

 

I was just wondering how long it typically takes to credit my account with the points as I have been sitting at 100 for awhile now and wanted to do some more trading.

it should only take 2-3 days to get your points and credit back...

Is there some chance that you have been matched up to omething else without knowing it?

Failing that, write to help@goozex.com to find out what's happened

Check your account history in My Account. It gives your a list of all your point additions and subtractions
