So I sent out Wolfenstiein at the beginning of this month (Oct. 1) and just recently (Oct. 16) the buyer has given a negative for not receiving it.

Now because of the exorbitantly high fees for Delivery Confirmation in Canada, especially to the US, I do not have it.

Is there anyone who has gone through this sort of a thing who has any idea of how I should go around trying to dispute this?

do you have any proof at all, such as a receipt, that you shipped the game?

Pizza guys are getting worse and worse looking. I guess all the good ones went into porn.

I was in a similar situation.  A guy from Canada mailed me a Spiderman Blu Ray set.
Never arrived.  I left negative feedback and he disputed it as we talked about.  He luckily had a receipt showing it was shipped so the negative was overturned.
Movies still never came.  The only way I can get my points back through Gooz is to file a claim through the postal service and it's just not worth the hassle to do claims and paperwork and whatever else over a movie set, even if it's 950 points.
Lost a lot of interest in this site after that happened.  I've cancelled most requests I've had to send games out.  I'd rather use up my points and move on.  One bad transaction can really sour somebody's interest in a site.

But yeah, if you have a receipt you should be just fine.  Sorry for rambling.

This makes no sense that Goozex would not give you your points back.  It is fine that they let the sender keep the points but it is out of your hands and you should have got points back.  I have only ever filed a claim once with the postal system and it is the person that sends the item that needs to file the claim.  On top of that unless the sender shipped the movie as a parcel there is no insurance on the item and a claim can not be filed.  I would suggest e-mailing Goozex and arguing about not getting your points back as that is complete bull.

Some of you guys are real jack#$^& sometimes. I'm to the point I don't know if you guys really don't ever remember a goshdarn thing I say or you do this just to irritate me.  I'll guess the latter.

You can actually fill out a lost mail claim online here: https://postalinspectors.uspis.gov/forms/mlntrcvd.aspx

I would think it would be worth your while to at least do that for a 950 pt item.

He had no desire to do it in the first place Maf. Instead he would rather use up his points and leave the site. So much less effort.
