hey guys i just noticed something and wanted some suggestions.
When the DVD program rolled out i posted all my movies up. Well at that time there were some mistakes of some movies not being listed or listed weird. One of my movies the departed for hd dvd had only one listing. So i listed mine under that listing. NOW i just noticed there's 2 and the one I JUST SENT out is the other one now. ( one is regular version other is hd dvd/ dvd hybrid) I had the hybrid but listed it under the regular version because that was the ONLY option at the time i listed my item.
Now the issue is the regular version is 50 points more than the hybrid so now it looks bad on my part. How do i fix this problem as i already sent out the movie and just noticed this. Technically it wasnt my fault because at the time i listed it in my offers that was the ONLY option.

If the buyer leaves you anything but full positive feedback dispute it and mention this to Goozex. The movie trading is in beta testing and the listings are a mess. If you're fine with receiving 50 points less that might be an option if the buyer agrees to it if there is a dispute.

Ok thanks. Im comfortable with receiving 50 less points i just don't want negative feedback for something that was not my fault.
I sent a Canadian version BRD out as a non-Canadian version at the direction of a member of the G-Team. He said to look at the supply and demand and list it where it has demand. The Canadian version had absolutely no demand, so I listed it under the other listing. I believe they are aware that movie listings are a bit messy right now, but I don't know if they plan to consolidate some of them.
well the buyer just left positive feedback so i guess ill leave the situation alone

The problem are are the sku's for the same title for Region 1 (or A for BR). As we have already seen, we have sensormatic, checkpoint, re-release (with also sensormatic and checkpoint), canadian sku's, widescreen, fullscreen, promo with movie cash sku's..........its sick. Since the source is Muze, I'm not too sure what Goozex can do to limit this to perhaps 1 or 2 skus.

I agree, but it would be nice to see some of the listings reduced. I've had a couple of DVDs/BRDs that returned no search results when I did a UPC search. I made an educated guess as to what I should list it as, but it seems to be more confusing than it needs to be.
