I recently got matched up for Shenmue 2 finally after a long time.  Today I get it in the mail, and even though I had requested it FP, it came in a blockbuster case, covered in BB stickers, with both discs having blockbuster stickers on them (the center ones, not the horribly bad unbalanced ones), and the manual was slid in the clear plastic outside the back cover.  Normally, I wouldn't really care about this, but I have been wanting this game a while, and was really let down to get this.  Plus I can't even put the manual inside the game case and close it. I'm just guaging opinions on if this should be a +5 or a neutral.

+5, you got everything you asked for.

No he didnt get everything he asked for.  It is definately a neutral since you requested full package and did not get the case.  A blockbuster case is not considered the right case and is grounds for a neutral.

You could try to leave a negative since there is a sticker on the disc.  Sure it may be the "balanced" kind but really do you think any sticker that a blockbuster employee puts on the disc is really balanced properly.  Goozex would probably side with the seller if you left a negative but maybe it would make the seller want to cancel the trade so that you both can win.  You could get your spot back in line and he could get his crappy game back and not get a neutral.

Oh if it had been the other stickers I would have negative'd in a second.  But my main concern on this is that I don't wanna go the negative route just on that cause this is the first time since I put this game on my list that I seen it even have an available copy, let alone FP.   So neutral would be the lowest I'd go, +5 max.

Definately go the neutral route then.  I wouldnt go negative either but there are some members that would and I wouldnt blame them for trying.

He didn't get everything he asked for. The case is part of Full Package.

Stick him with a neutral. People need to get the message that mislisting their games is not OK

I got a game from a friend once, looked exactly like a normal game from the store. Same case, same disc, same manual, but under the manual, lightly imprinted in the case was the blockbuster logo. I'd never have guessed, it looked exactly like the retail version. Was pretty weird.

The stickers can be peeled off. I had a game like that once. Just pick at the edge for a bit and it should come off.

When I did it, it left silver letters behind saying "VOID," but at least there was no sticker issue any more.

IMO neutral should be the highest.  The seller's game doesn't meet the full package requirements and shouldn't be rewarded for such.

This seems to be a rising trend and is really pissing me off.  Why can't people list things properly.

Leave a neutral. Full Package by Goozex's terms is everything at Retail. Rental cases are not retail packaging and deserve to be treated as a neutral

Oh trust me, I'm with you and Kenny on the negative for this.  I just know that it would be overturned by goozex if I did it probably, so I went with the neutral.  Unforunately cause you're not getting what you ask for in a case like this, but until goozex makes a ruling we're stuck with it.  At least I can finally beat this game now though.

Funny. I just sent out a Shenmue 2 copy (Xbox) last week which was in great condition.

Anyways, if this trade doesn't workout keep an eye on Ebay. Sometimes you can get decent deals for old titles.
