So many months ago I sent out UFC Undisputed to a user and it was delivered to his address. A few weeks after that, he PMed me asking me if I sent it and I told him I did and gave him the DC #. He replied with "Oh...it was delivered a long time ago." Then he tells me that he moved. Come to find out that it ended up being sent back to me like a month later.
The problem is that I already moved, but it said the game was delivered to my old address.
And now months later, Goozex decided to *** me over on 1000 points.
That's bullshit. I fulfilled my end of the transaction, I shipped on time, used DC, it was confirmed to be delivered. It wasn't my fault that the user didn't update his address if he moved before I shipped it.
Oh and I'd like to add that this user has only received 6 games and half of them he claimed he never got, mine included.

I completely agree. Did they contact you at all?
I'm pretty sure the Goozex Guarantee protects sellers who have DC. I'd fire off an email to feedback@goozex.com and provide all details of the trade.

The user periodically would PM me, the last one was like in August or so asking if received it. I told him I didn't, which is true. I moved from my old address in July when the game was supposedly redelivered to me.
The fact of the matter is that I did send it and it was delivered. And the user never told me that he was moving or anything of the sort until way after the fact.
this is pretty ridiculous
I'm almost 100% sure you'll end up getting your points back
Gary Johnson For President 2012!
Well, Goozex Feedback team screws up another ruling. Seriously, they need to get their damn act together. I love this site, but this is downright ridiculous. None of their rulings are consistent, they rarely make sense, and they are screwing over their user base constantly with them.
I would hit up feedback @ goozex.com or even pm NinjaJ and BlackCoyote and get them involved. Obviously the person doing the feedback problems can't handle their job.
I should clarify, they = Goozex customer service
Yeah I emailed them, I just really needed to vent. I log in on here and I saw I was missing 1000 points and I thought I was matched with someone. Then I looked on my history and saw the trade reversal, I was like .
The timeline went like this...
Sent out on June 25
Delivered on June 27
Marked as "Moved, Left No Address" on July 11
Tried returning to me July 14, but I had moved.
Then it said it was delivered a few days later, but I never received it obviously because I moved and they never tried to deliver it to my new address.
This is not your fault in any way. I would imagine it should get reversed because that seems what is logical. My guess is that they only heard the other side of the story, so once you get your voice out there that will help the feeback be corrected. Out of curiosity I wonder where the game is now?
Cat in the walllll
99% of us would support you getting full points back + maybe a token or 2 for your trouble/cost shipping it out.

Either A. ) In the hands of some Postal Service employee B) In the hands of someone at my old apartment complex or C) In some vortex of lost mail.
I agree, the reverse feedback should never have happened.

Next time use goozex as your return address.

That has nothing to do with it.
