I sold a game to this guy and he put negative feedback saying it didn't work because it had some scratches on it.  I told him that I would not accept that because the game had some minor scratches on the surface and the game still worked fine.  I hit open dispute and finally hit escalate to goozex.  I figured they would make him send them the disc but all they did was make it to where he ****ing kept the points and the working game.  This is ****ing bullshit and I'm not using this site anymore.  My account has 200 points on it but since I have negative feedback, I can't buy anything.  This site has been a waste of time and money and it ****ing sucks.  People get to keep your games and you don't get shit.  **** this bullshit.

MOD EDIT - removed countless f bombs

First off, clam down and take a breath.  Second, consider using a little more appropriate language.  I can understand why you'd be upset, but ranting and swearing isn't going to help you out.

You can still attempt to correct the situation.  If I were in your position I would e-mail Goozex at Feedback@Goozex.com - include all the significant details of the trade (your and the other trader's account names, game traded, date the feedback closed, what your concern is, etc) and request that the other trader send the game in for inspection.

Give them a few business days and they should reply to you and should be able work with you and the other trader to resolve the issue.

yeah instead of acting like a toddler; you could try sending an email to feedback@goozex.com

Pizza guys are getting worse and worse looking. I guess all the good ones went into porn.

Backwardsman97:

The first disc was cracked so I just accepted the feedback.  This one I made sure wasn't cracked and was playable and it was fine.  There were just some cosmetic scratches on the surface, nothing deep.

Not cool at all to send out a game that you already know is cracked.  You pretty much got what you deserved with the negative.

Regarding the other game that had what sounds like minor surface scratches (but playable): definitely get in touch with Goozex by e-mail and try and have the game sent in to be inspected.  If the game was in working condition, you deserve to have the negative reversed and your points for the trade.

you don't need to make new topic every 2 weeks about the same trade. (this is the 4th)

scratches that may not effect one system may cause disc read errors on another.

be more careful your games and don't ship out games with scratches to avoid this problem in the future.

Agreed. The foul language is not necessary.  I empathize but cannot condone the manner in which you are trying to get attention.  Just follow the proper channels and be civil about it.

I have personal experience with this.  My GH III disc has a radial scratch from me bumping into the 360 while the game was running. On my old 360 the game would DRE whenever I tried to access "Miss Murder" about 5 months ago I Red Ringed and bought a new one. Game runs fine with no problem.

These aren't radial scratches.  And I haven't been making a topic about the same thing for 2 weeks.  This is my first.  I've traded a couple times.  It just seems disappointing when I ask goozex to step in and all they do is give the case to him without doing anything at all it seems.  I guess I will try and send then an email.  And I'm not trying to get attention like a toddler ( whatever that means ), I was pretty sure on not using this site anymore.  But if I can still maybe get positive feedback, then I will try that.

Funny since your profile indicates otherwise.

I am a little confused.  How does his profile have 2 negative feedbacks for the same game and the same user?

Edit: Nevermind, I see that there are separate games.  But, it does seem weird.

The guys running goozex are really quite reasonable.  Send them an email with your concerns, and at the very least, they'll explain the reasoning behind any decision to you.  I've never had an issue that they haven't rectified to my satisfaction.  Even if it's a case where you're in the wrong, completely (not saying this is one, just saying even in that type of extreme example) if you look at it objectively, even if they don't side with you in the end, they are always very fair about it.

Just write them, and have some patience regarding waiting for an answer.

Yeah, making a post on here cussing and whining won't do any good.  Obviously it didn't work on your last bad trade.  Email them.

If he didn't like the first one that was cracked, why would you think he was going to like the 2nd one. you got 2 negatives from the same buyer.  rough start
